Did you ever hear the expression “cold hands warm heart”. Don’t believe it. Cold hands are a sign that your Yin and Yang energy is NOT in balance. It is not flowing. The top of the hand is your Yang energy. The bottom is Yin. Keeping them in balance are most easily determined by warm hands. There is a very very simple way to achieve this. Tap your finger tips from time to time on a hard surface. tap From pinky to pointing finger a few times. Do it for a minute. You’ll see that your hands will slowly but surely become warm in winter.  Another way is to massage the tips of your fingers. If you have long nails press one of your nails into the tip of the other fingers for 10 or 20 seconds. As your Yin and Yang become balanced you will see that your energy and warmth in winter will increase.

Review by F. D. Beauchamp Perez for Rating: I was looking for a book on feng shui and this is dilenetify IT. It has plenty of information. Easy enough for beginners to understand and gives you key points on what to do to improve energy flow in your home. The best advice though: Don’t fix anything that’s not broken. It might not be an in depth encyclopedia, but it’s a great starting point.
