Pay attention to the four seasons of tea drinking. Different seasons require different teas. What’s good for you in the summer is not good for you in winter.  Here are the facts.

In Spring it is best to drink flower tea. The sweet smell releases all of the energy that your body has kept safely inside during the winter. It helps enrich your liver as well.

In Summer, drinking green tea is preferred. Green tea tastes bitter and colder. This helps take out the poison inside of you, lowers your body temperature and makes your heart stronger. It is also good to quench your thirst.

In Autumn, drink Wulong Tea. This tea is not cold or hot. It is very balanced for the Autumn. Just warm. This keeps your body balanced from the dry season and prevents the dry cough you often have in autumn.

In Winter, it is best to drink black tea. The sweet flavor of black tea is warm, rich in protein, helps digestion, invigorates body, make the body strong.
